Elisha Harrison Skinner (June 25, 1897 – August 4, 1944) was a reserve outfielder in Major League Baseball, playing mainly at center field for the New York Yankees () and Boston Red Sox (). Listed at , 165 lb., Skinner batted left-handed and threw right-handed. He was born in Douglasville, Georgia.

In a two-season career, Skinner was a .196 hitter (9-for-46) with two runs, three RBI, one double, and one stolen base without home runs.
Skinner died at the age of 47 in of Douglasville, Georgia.

*Before the 1923 season, Skinner was dealt by New York along Norm McMillan, George Murray and cash to Boston in the same transaction that brought Herb Pennock to the Yankees.
